2.2 Fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the management.
2.3 The institute reserves the right to revise fee structures with prior notice to students.
3.1 Regular attendance is mandatory. Students with less than 75% attendance may not be allowed to take final exams.
3.2 Students must maintain proper decorum and follow the institute's code of conduct.
3.3 The institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action against students for misconduct.
4.1 The institute may update course content to keep it current with industry standards.
4.2 Certificates will be awarded only to students who successfully complete all course requirements.
4.3 The institute is not responsible for job placement unless specifically mentioned in the course details.
5.1 All course materials, including presentations, notes, and software, are the intellectual property of the institute.
5.2 Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.
6.1 Student information will be kept confidential and used only for institute purposes.
6.2 The institute may use student photos and testimonials for promotional purposes unless specifically requested not to.
7.1 The institute is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property on premises.
7.2 The institute is not responsible for any career outcomes resulting from course completion.
8.1 These terms may be revised periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9.1 These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

- Refund window: Full refund available within 14 calendar days of purchase, no questions asked.
- After 14 days, fees are non-refundable.
- To request a refund, contact globex.rbl@gmail.com within the window with purchase proof. We credit refunds within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
- Cancel or request a schedule change before access is granted: Full refund or free date transfer.
- Cancel after content access: No refund, but you may receive a one-time course reschedule.
- Partially attended courses: No refund, but recording access may be granted at our discretion.
- Month-to-month subscriptions can be canceled at any time. No partial-month refunds.
- Annual subscriptions canceled after 14 days: Pro-rata refund for unused period.
- No refunds after the pro-rata period ends.
No refunds or cancellations for:
- Custom software development
- Services already rendered (e.g., consulting time, certification exams)
- Submit a request within the refund window to globex.rbl@gmail.com
- Include your name, purchase date, order number, and reason.
- If approved, you'll receive confirmation and the refund within 7-14 business days.
